ACADEMIC ACTIVITIES :

  1. Awarded by Government of Andhra Pradesh as A.P State BEST TEACHER AWARD – 2012 to our beloved Prof., & HOD Dr.Raghavendra Rao on occasion of Teacher’s Day.
  2. Awarded Best Teacher award by the Principal RMC, Kakinada, on August 15th 2012 to Prof., &HOD Dr.M.Raghavendra Rao.
  3. We conducted model clinics (Practical Examination) as a part of Zonal CME of the NTRUHS, AP, in June 2012 for the P.Gs of Andhra Medical College & Rangaraya Medical College.
  4. Our P.Gs Attended the zonal CMEs of NTRUHS, held at Amalapuram in Dec 2011.
  5. Our P.Gs attended the zonal CMEs of NTRUHS, held at GSL Medical College, Rajahmundry on August 2012.
  6. Our P.Gs attended the zonal CMEs of NTRUHS, held at Vizag in Feb 2011 & August 2011.
  7. Our P.Gs attended the AP CRITICON held at Vizag in Sep 2011.
  8. Out final year P.Gs attended the south India held in AP Chest Hospital HYD, in Sep 2012.
  9. Out final year Post Graduate Dr. K. Kondala Rao Won the 1st prize in quiz competition at South Indian P.G meet, at A.P Chest Hospital, Hyderabad.
  10. Conducted Zonal CME of NTRUHS University in the month of Nov 2011.
  11. Prof Dr M.Raghavendra Rao delivered a Lecture in CME on Respiratory Update-2011 at GSL Medical College, Rajahmundry.
  12. Prof Dr M.Raghavendra Rao delivered a Lecture on Multidrug resistant Tuberculosis in KIMS, Amalapuram in Zonal CME of NTRUHS of Microbiology Department Nov 2012.
  13. Attended the National Conference (NAPCON) at Jodhpur, Rajasthan.

  15. Our PG (Dr Zakir Hussain) was Awarded Gold Medal in AP State Conference of TB & Chest diseases at AP Chest Hospital, Hyderabad.
  16. Our PG’s actively participated in CME on Respiratory –Update-2011 at GSL Medical College, Rajahmundry.
  17. Our PG’s actively participated in National Conference (NAPCON) at Jodhpur, Rajasthan.
  18. Our PG’s actively participated in first state conference of Critical care Medicine (ISCCM) at Visakhaptnam.
  19. Recently we were sanctioned Medical Thoracoscopy (VATS) equipment from APHMIDC, Hyderabad.
  20. We were conducting regularly Computerized Spirometry (PFT) & Fiber Optic Bronchoscopies in the evolution of various pulmonary Diseases.
